Not a sequel. A different kind of sentence.
Where the M08 family is a round, quiet homage to the napkin — the M14 is something else. A new frame language from the Milan studio, born from four years of listening to what people did with the first one. We're not ready to show you all of it yet. But here is the shape.
I saw the M14 in person at the Milano studio open day. The language is different — more architectural, less editorial. It still feels like OXIVUE but the silhouette is a proper second chapter. Pre-ordered on the spot.
The new hinge mechanism flexes in a way I haven't seen on another smart frame. Studio team wouldn't tell me the material — only that it's the result of four years of tweaks. You can feel the difference in 10 seconds.
The shape is unmistakable and I love it. Only giving four stars for now because the final trim/lens combos aren't locked — I want to pick properly once they are. Release window feels right.
