Processing Time
Most orders are picked, inspected, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business daysof payment. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment the carrier picks it up.
Rates & Free Shipping
- Free priority shipping on all orders of US$99 or more — which covers every OXIVUE frame.
- Orders under $99 (accessories only): flat US$9.99 priority shipping.
- Prices are in USD and exclude import taxes and duties. Outside the United States, your customs authority may charge import VAT or IVA, duties and a carrier handling fee before delivery; these are payable by the recipient and are not refunded by OXIVUE.
- Mexico: orders ship from China and do not qualify for USMCA. Mexican customs applies import duty (a global rate above 30% on courier parcels from countries without a trade agreement, set by Mexican customs and subject to change) plus 16% IVA, collected by the carrier before delivery. Expect roughly half the order value in taxes and carrier fees. Please factor this in before ordering.
Delivery Windows
- U.S. orders — in-stock styles (M08, M02C, M08C): ship from our Chicago, IL warehouse, typically 5–9 business days door-to-door.
- All other styles & international orders: transit typically 9–14 business days after shipment. Some destinations may take longer due to local customs handling.
Carriers & Tracking
Orders ship via DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on destination. Every order includes end-to-end tracking — the link is in your shipping confirmation email and your OXIVUE account.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email orders@oxivue.comwithin 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Covered Regions
We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Colombia, Mexico, and most of the world. A small number of destinations are not supported due to carrier or import restrictions — if your country isn't available at checkout, email us and we'll quote a route.
Within the United States we currently deliver to the contiguous 48 states only. Our carrier network does not reach Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If an order is placed for one of these destinations we will cancel and refund it in full — please don't order until we can serve you properly.
