Processing Time
Orders placed before 4pm PT on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment the carrier picks it up.
Rates & Free Shipping
- Free priority shipping on all orders over US$100 — which covers every OXIVUE frame.
- Orders under $100 (accessories only): flat US$9.99 priority shipping.
- Duties & import taxes for international destinations are calculated at checkout via Stripe Tax; you pay the final landed price in-cart, no customs surprise.
Delivery Windows
- United States: 2–5 business days (priority), 1–2 business days (express — available at checkout).
- United Kingdom · EU: 4–7 business days.
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days. Some destinations may take longer due to local customs handling.
Carriers & Tracking
Domestic US orders ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. International orders ship via DHL Express or UPS Worldwide Saver. Every order includes end-to-end tracking — the link is in your shipping confirmation email and your OXIVUE account.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email sharp@oxivue.comwithin 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Covered Regions
We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and most of the world. A small number of destinations are not supported due to carrier or import restrictions — if your country isn't available at checkout, email us and we'll quote a route.
