Return Policy

30-Day Home Try-On

If OXIVUE isn't the frame you hoped for, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. No restocking fee. No questions. We'll cover the return shipping label for US orders.

How to Return

  1. Email sharp@oxivue.com with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label (US) or instructions (international).
  2. Pack the glasses, charging cable, and the hard carrying case in the original box. Lens cloth optional.
  3. Drop at any carrier location indicated on the label.
  4. We issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

What's Eligible

  • Any OXIVUE frame in resellable condition (no visible wear on the lenses or temples, original box included).
  • Unopened accessories.

What's Not Eligible

  • Frames with visible damage from drops, scratches, or water exposure beyond spec.
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
  • Custom-engraved frames (currently Founder-tier only).

Warranty — 2 Years

Every OXIVUE frame is covered by a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects. If a hinge fails, a speaker dies, or the AI module misbehaves within 24 months of purchase, we repair or replace it — free of charge. Accidental damage (drops, spills) is not covered but is eligible for a discounted out-of-warranty repair.
