OXIVUE is operated by Aximora Labs Inc, a Wyoming corporation registered in the United States. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how it's stored, and your rights under GDPR and CCPA.

What We Collect

• Account data: name, email, country, preferences.
• Order data: shipping + billing addresses, phone (optional), order history.
• Payment data: handled end-to-end by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
• Usage data: device type, browser, IP (anonymized for analytics), pages visited — collected via GA4 + Meta Pixel + TikTok Pixel in aggregate form.
• Marketing consent: if you subscribe to emails, your consent timestamp and IP.

How We Use It

• Fulfill orders and provide customer support.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates).
• Send marketing emails — only if you opted in, unsubscribe any time.
• Measure website performance and advertising ROI via aggregated analytics.
• Detect and prevent fraud (via Stripe Radar).

Who We Share With

• Stripe — payments, tax, fraud prevention.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Klaviyo — marketing email (if opted in).
• Shipping carriers — your address goes to USPS, UPS, or DHL for delivery.
• Analytics providers (Google, Meta, TikTok) — anonymized/aggregated event data only.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not transfer data to third parties for their own marketing use.

Cookies

We use essential cookies (cart state, session), analytics cookies (aggregate performance measurement), and advertising cookies (retargeting, conversion attribution). You can manage these via our cookie banner, or through your browser settings.

Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

• Access: request a copy of the data we hold on you.
• Deletion: request we erase your data (subject to legal obligations like tax records).
• Portability: request a machine-readable export.
• Opt-out: withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
• Do Not Sell: California residents can invoke this under CCPA, though we don't sell data in the first place.

Data Retention

Order records: 7 years (US tax compliance). Account data: until you request deletion. Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Payment data never touches our servers — Stripe handles it directly. Access to production data is limited to Aximora Labs Inc personnel on a need-to-know basis.
