Gold or silver trim on a TR90 chassis. Record the interview you can't take notes during. Catch the name you were supposed to remember. Listen to the room when it gets loud. Walk out with every detail — and still look like someone who was just listening.

I'm a journalist. The M08C replaced a bulky recorder for most of my field interviews. The gold finish reads as an accessory, not a device. Playback audio picked up quiet subjects in a loud hotel lobby.
Took these into two client meetings and a board review last week. Nobody registered them as tech. The real-time translation caught a Swedish phrase I wouldn't have otherwise understood. Frames are slightly heavy but not enough to bother me.
