By accessing oxivue.com or purchasing an OXIVUE product, you agree to these terms. OXIVUE is operated by Aximora Labs Inc, a Wyoming corporation. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if the price listed was a clear error. If we cancel an order, we refund you in full.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are in USD unless you're browsing with GBP or EUR auto-detected. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never store or see your card details.

Intellectual Property

The OXIVUE name, logo (the monocle mark), product designs, product photography, and the written brand voice are property of Aximora Labs Inc. You may not reproduce, resell, or claim them as your own. Fair-use reviews and editorial coverage are welcome.

Product Information

We make our best effort to describe products accurately — specifications, images, measurements. If what you receive materially differs from what we described, return it under our 30-day policy.

Disclaimer of Medical Use

OXIVUE frames are consumer eyewear with AI features. They are not medical devices. Do not rely on them for safety-critical vision correction, hearing assistance, or health monitoring.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages — loss of profit, data, goodwill — arising from use or misuse of OXIVUE products or this website. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes will be resolved in Wyoming state or federal courts. EU and UK consumers retain all non-waivable rights under their local consumer-protection laws.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
