How long does the battery last?
It depends on the frame — the same ~300 mAh cell is budgeted differently. On the M08, M02C and M08CA: about 7 hours of listening, 4 hours of calls, or 2 hours of video capture on a single charge. The M14 is the other way round: about 4 hours of listening and 7 hours of calls, and it charges in roughly 2 hours. A 15-minute top-up gets you through a full call.
Is it compatible with my phone?
Yes — iOS 14+ and Android 9+ via Bluetooth 5.4. The OXIVUE companion app is required for translation, AI voice assistant, and firmware updates.
Can I use prescription lenses?
Not in the Spring 2026 collection. The everyday frames — M08, M02C and M08C — use interchangeable photochromic, sunglass or clear lenses; the M14 sports shield ships with a fixed mirrored lens. Prescription compatibility is on the Season Two roadmap.
How does real-time translation work?
Wake the AI with a single tap or the wake word, speak naturally, and your counterpart hears the translation through the open-ear speakers. Dialogue mode translates both sides of a conversation without hand-held devices.
Is it water-resistant?
The M02C is IP65-rated — safe for sweat, rain, and splashes (not submersion). M08 / M08C carry splash resistance but are not rated for sustained wet conditions.
What's in the box?
Glasses, magnetic charging cable, hard carrying case, user manual, microfiber lens cloth. M02C includes the magnetic charging dock.
How fast is shipping?
M08, M02C, and M08C are in stock at our U.S. warehouse in Chicago, IL — U.S. orders typically arrive in 5–9 business days. Other styles and international orders ship in 9–14 business days. Orders are handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days, with free priority shipping from $99.
How do I return or exchange?
OXIVUE does not offer refunds, except for an order that arrives damaged in transit — that's replaced or refunded. Faults after delivery are repaired or replaced under the 2-year warranty, not refunded, and change of mind or unmet expectations are not refundable reasons. Lens-type or trim exchanges are possible within 30 days if the frame is unworn and in its original packaging. See the Return Policy for full details.

Every OXIVUE is backed by a 2-year warranty. We don’t offer refunds — the one exception is an order that arrives damaged in transit — but faults are repaired or replaced under that warranty. If anything ever feels off, a real person reads every message and replies within one business day.
