The INMO GO3, explained: price, display, translation and what outlets found

The INMO GO3 is a pair of AI glasses with a monochrome green display, swappable batteries and on-lens translation. This guide sets out what INMO's own store pages state about its price, bundles, display, battery, translation languages and assistant, what three outlets reported, and where those sources disagree. Every figure is dated October 31, 2026.

1. What the INMO GO3 is

The INMO GO3 is a pair of AI glasses from INMO with a small monochrome green display in both lenses, sold at inmo.com. INMO’s inmoxr.com address redirects there (checked October 31, 2026). INMO’s product page says it is compatible with iOS and Android and lists translation shown on the lens sentence by sentence, a teleprompter, walking and cycling directions from HERE Maps, meeting recording with transcription and AI summaries, and a voice-activated assistant.

Everything below is sourced to INMO’s own store pages or to a named outlet, with the date we read it. We have not worn a GO3. OXIVUE publishes this page and sells camera-and-audio glasses with no display, which we cover once, in section 7. INMO showed a sale price with no end date stated when we checked, so confirm any number that matters to you at inmo.com.

2. How much the INMO GO3 costs, and what each bundle includes

INMO’s store showed the GO3 from $509 on October 31, 2026, as a sale price with no end date shown. Every bundle includes two swappable batteries and a portable charging case. INMO labels the bundle figures below MSRP and says final promotional pricing appears at checkout.

BundleMSRP shown by INMO
GO3 (glasses, 2 batteries, charging case)$699
GO3 + Sunglasses clip-on$728
GO3 + Speaker$768
GO3 + Ring4 controller$838
GO3 + Ring4 + Speaker$907
Full Kit (GO3 + Ring4 + Speaker + Sunglasses)$936

INMO also sells parts separately. Its all-products page listed prescription lenses for the GO3 from $95, the Ring at $119, a replacement battery at $49, a battery charging case at $49, a battery-plus-case power bundle at $98, the Speaker at $49 and the Sunglasses clip-on at $29, several marked “Sale” (checked October 31, 2026).

The price has changed between our own checks. Our INMO Air 3 guiderecorded the GO3 at $599 in INMO’s store on October 4, 2026; on October 31 the store showed it from $509 as a sale price, with no end date shown. The Gadgeteer (June 10, 2026) said INMO launched the GO3 on Kickstarter in April 2026. INMO’s product page says shipping is “calculated at checkout”, and the pages we read (checked October 31, 2026) do not state which countries INMO ships to or how long delivery takes.

3. Display, weight and battery: what INMO states

The display is monochrome green, not full colour. INMO describes a binocular green Micro LED display with a diffractive optical waveguide at 640×480 and a 30° field of view, adjustable up to 1,500 nits, and a weight of about 58 g (checked October 31, 2026). The table collects the rest of what INMO’s two GO3 pages state, and what they leave out.

SpecWhat INMO states

INMO’s product page says “5-second swap, all-day battery life” and rates translation mode at up to 3 hours per battery, so its all-day claim rests on swapping in the spare. The Gadgeteer (June 10, 2026) described the same arrangement, hot-swappable batteries rather than one long-lasting cell, and noted that by INMO’s own specifications a single 270 mAh battery lasts roughly 3 hours in active translation mode. Yanko Design reports that the glasses shut down when you pull the battery and boot again within a few seconds of a fresh one going in.

If a full-colour display is what you want, INMO describes its Air 3 as one (see our INMO Air 3 guide, checked October 4, 2026). INMO’s all-products page listed nine products on October 31, 2026 and the Air 3 was not among them, so confirm availability with INMO. For how display glasses compare with camera glasses in general, read smart glasses with a display.

4. Translation languages and the ChatGPT and Gemini assistant

INMO’s store page says it supports 127 languages online, with offline translation in 9 languages on Android and 13 on iOS (checked October 31, 2026). Outlets quote lower online figures. Yanko Design reports that INMO lists 78 source and 98 target languages online, and the Android Authority article, marked Promoted on July 17, 2026, cites 98 languages for real-time translation and 77 for conversational translation. The sources do not agree, so check that your language pair is supported before you order.

INMO says translation appears on the lens sentence by sentence, and that two-way dialogue translation can be spoken aloud through the phone or the optional Speaker, which it says will “speak 36 languages instantly”. Working from early footage, The Gadgeteer (June 10, 2026) put the delay at roughly one to two seconds for common languages and longer for less common ones. It also noted that accuracy for cloud-dependent languages depends on network quality.

The assistant is where ChatGPT and Gemini come in. INMO’s product page describes “an AI assistant powered by ChatGPT and Gemini”, and lists image recognition, photo translation, session history saved in the app, and voice and photo notes. It also says the assistant learns from your conversations over time. Yanko Design repeats the ChatGPT and Gemini description. The Android Authority article describes waking the assistant by voice, a long press of the power button or a tap, with internet search and a Deep Thinking mode, but names no model. The INMO pages we read do not say which model versions are used.

5. What outlets reported about the GO3

Three outlets covered the GO3 in ways we could read in full. They do not agree on everything, and one is sponsored.

  • Yanko Design, October 22, 2026 (JC Torres). Its verdict names travellers, presenters and people working across languages as having the clearest reasons to appreciate the glasses. It lists a familiar frame style, adjustable temples and nose pads, swappable batteries and in-view translation as pros. Its listed drawbacks are a five-second reboot when you swap batteries and prescription lenses that support nearsightedness and astigmatism but not farsightedness. The text also says the glasses still need to stay paired to a phone. It does not describe how long the reviewer wore the glasses or how they were tested.
  • The Gadgeteer, June 10, 2026 (Rei Padla). Written around the Kickstarter campaign, before retail availability. It flagged the monochrome display, described INMO’s all-day claim as resting on hot-swappable batteries (one battery lasts roughly three hours of active translation by INMO’s own specifications), and reported that INMO had not yet confirmed whether units had begun shipping.
  • Android Authority, July 17, 2026. The page is marked “Brought to you by INMO” and labelled Promoted, so read it as INMO’s own account. It mentions four frame styles, prescription support, a physical camera cover and a promotional bundle with the Speaker and Ring4. The article (checked October 31, 2026) does not state a price or battery figures.

Reddit threads and YouTube hands-on videos also ranked on Google for this search on October 31, 2026. We have not used them as sources here.

6. Where to buy the GO3, prescription lenses and phone support

Where.INMO’s own store at inmo.com listed the GO3 with an Add to cart button and no sold-out notice on October 31, 2026. INMO’s product page links shipping, warranty and refund pages. We did not read or summarise their terms here, so read them before you pay.

Prescription.INMO sells “Prescription Lenses for INMO GO3” from $95. INMO’s lens page (checked October 31, 2026) says the GO3 supports myopia (nearsightedness) and astigmatism and that hyperopia (farsightedness) is not supported, which matches Yanko Design. It gives sphere limits from 0.00 to -10.00 on its 1.6 index up to 0.00 to -16.00 on its 1.74 index, and a fitting note with lower limits of 750 degrees for myopia and 450 degrees for astigmatism. The two sets of limits differ, so confirm your prescription with INMO before you order. Our prescription smart glasses guide covers the wider options.

Phone. INMO says the GO3 is compatible with iOS and Android and has apps for both. The pages we read do not list supported phone models.

7. OXIVUE: a different job, with no display

OXIVUE does not make display glasses, so nothing here replaces what the GO3 does. Our frames have no display, take no prescription lenses and are not a Meta product. OXIVUE does not publish which AI model powers the M02C’s voice-activated visual assistant. The closest OXIVUE frame by weight and translation is the M14, a one-piece wrap shield for cycling and skiing. The table sets INMO’s stated figures beside the M14’s.

That is a trade, not an upgrade. If you want text, directions or a teleprompter in your view, the GO3 does something ours cannot. If you want photos, open-ear audio and spoken translation in a frame with no screen, that is what the M14 does. Capture on OXIVUE frames starts only with a visible touch on the temple, and you should ask before recording people. See our translation glasses guide and the comparison page for the other models.

What these frames won’t do

  • No prescription lenses yet, on any model. If you need vision correction all day, these can't replace your glasses.
  • No display. Nothing appears in your view; you hear answers and capture photos and video.
  • Open-ear speakers leak some sound at high volume and won't block out a loud train or a windy road the way sealed earbuds do.
  • Translation, music, calls and the assistant need your phone nearby and connected. Translation pauses after each sentence, and only you hear the translated audio; the other person reads the reply on your phone.
  • M14: one-piece shield, so the lens can't be swapped for clear or photochromic.
  • M14: IPX4 covers splash, spray and rain only, and at 52 g it is heavier than the 41–42 g frames.

Check these before you order: see the warranty and refund policy.
